The Morning After: January 10, 2010

By patphish

revisGood Morning! Yesterday was the coldest day on record in Palm Beach, as we reached the lowest high temperature ever, a whopping 45 degrees. I know many of you live in the northeast and mid-west and I am a native New Englander, so I realize some of you would sacrifice body parts for a 45 degree day right now. After being here for a decade however, 35 degrees and ice cold rain is a big deal here. The good part of all this cold weather is my wife slow cooked pepper steak all day, and I ate about 3 lbs of it over mashed spuds. Good stuff I tell ya.

Jets rule, Bengals drool. I am rooting for a Patriot victory today so the Jets get the Atlanta Braves Colts next week. You see, the Colts are a freaking playoff abortion, Peyton Manning doesn’t get nearly enough shit for his abysmal playoff record. They suck. They choke. The Jets can beat them, not because they are better, but because the Colts effin suck when it counts.

Enjoy your trophy.

Hired.

He may possibly be the stupidest person to EVER attend Berkley. Seriously, what a dumb ass.

BostDUHn? H/T to Big D.

This kid is a gifted player, but he needs to grow up fast before we read about him robbing an Elantra or something.

Fail, fail, fail, epic fail.

Leave the Eagles to go to Cleveland?

Just Because: Craigslist Rules! If I had a 2 story house, I would be doing this next year.

NFL picks: I finished the season a very respectable 17-12-1. If you put a million dollars on every game, you’d be up 3.8 mil after the vig. You’re welcome.

Green Bay pick over Arizona. Packers are going to win 2 playoff games.
Ravens +3.5 over Pats. I like the Pats in a close one, 20-19.
