NBA Studs and Duds 2/8

By guyinthecorner

As yesterday was Super Bowl Sunday, there were only two games. The first was a Raptors/Kings game that virtually nobody cared about. In that game, only Stud or Dud of the Day Stud Chris Bosh ripped the Kings up. My favorite part of the game? A tweet from Jonah Keri saying that a guy near him screamed encouragement to Bosh while he was being guarded by Spencer Hawes. It’s the content that counted. He told Bosh that he could take Hawes because Hawes was white. I agree with this statement. The second game was the pre-Super Bowl big TV game on ABC. That was the Magic at the Celts. The game was pretty close until the third quarter when the Celts played a bunch of bad guys at the same time and the good players they did play weren’t good this time. The Magic didn’t look back. Anyway, check out the Weekly and Seasonly Studs and Duds below. I should point out that LeBron’s skull-smashing of the Knicks came up short of the Seasonly by the smallest of margins. The five turnovers did not help. Enjoy.
