Greetings in what would be a holiday-filled week for you guys (and in-relation to that, me as well).

Yesterday, I managed to get myself into a 3k Fun Run. For a guy who is portly at 76.2 kgs (that’s 168 lbs for English system believers), I definitely need it and deserve it. For those who want to know, I finished the run at a little over 35 minutes. For a dude who never took part in a run before, that was relatively decent.

Just a reminder as there are people who will be eating turkeys this week. A suggestion as to what you can do to shed excess calories.

I wish i could be of better use, but the interwebs is wonky at home and i had to spend a little bit to get this done.
