The Morning After: October 29, 2009

By mizerle06

The Morning AfterYo!  I don’t have much for you in the way of commentary this morning other than I’m really, REALLY looking forward to this week being over and the weekend beginning.  This weekend is the time change, right?  One more hour of sleep, right?  Good.

Grab your coffee and click on some links.I almost can’t believe it’s been 10 years already

In case you haven’t heard yet, Andre Agassi was a meth-head.

Lane Kiffin’s shout out to Lil’ Wayne.

Speaking of Lane, the SEC has officially warned him.

Commenter and contributor, cbh49er, gives us some previews and predictions for this week’s college football action.

Look who’s on pace for 0-82.

The suspense is killing me!  Not really…I couldn’t give two craps who starts this week.

The Dodgers may not be playing anymore, but their October is still juicy and on fi-ya!  Apparently, Mrs. McCourt manages to drop approximately $490k per month.  Wow.

Sanchize buys a bunch of hotdogs and gets charitable.

It’s NEVER ok when a bridge tendon/cable fails.  Oops…made the Rockets have to take a ferry to their game against Golden State.

awwwwwwww. isnt that sweet!?

Reggie Bush could be getting phased out of the N’awlins aww-fense?

At least Bobby Bowden seems to have a good sense of humor about things.

She says she has Phillies fever…sounds like something Jetes may have given her.

Tim Donaghy can’t get no love.

A thumbs-up to Monte Kiffin.

I blame Jimmie Johnson too.

Ugh.  Just over 4,000 fans were on hand to watch Memphis lose to Eastern Carolina at the Liberty Bowl Wednesday evening.   Not good…not good at all.

I hope all have a good morning and rest of the week.  In honor of the NBA starting up earlier this week, I’ll leave you with Nelly’s interpretation of a John Tesh classic:
