Seventh Inning Stretch: All Star Game Chat

By mikeychx

KWSN always gives us quality pics…as evidenced by this one. But I have to think that Sparty may NSFW the one he supplied tonight so it wont be “front paged.” Just be aware there is a “nice shot” after the jump…but no nudity. If Sparty does end up censoring it…hopefully he gives you the link.

Obviously the only thing going on in the sports world tonight is the Major League Baseball All Star Game. This time it counts sort of. I used to watch the all star game when I was younger but I just can’t get into it now, not just because baseball is boring, but the game itself doesn’t matter. To me it’s like a spring training game, only it has even less flow than a normal game. I would be ok with just letting us know who the all-stars are, debating it for a bit, handing out the performance bonuses and then moving on with the season. No need to play the game really.

kwsn-sparty-picture-fest-part-2On the heels of my outstanding U.S. Open predictions I am sure you are just dying to know how I think the British Open will turn out. It is being held at Turnberry this year which is a par 70 course. Tiger notoriously struggles on par 70 courses and dominates on par 72 courses. So, once again Tiger will not win but he will finish in the top 5. I really don’t think some random player is going to win. I think it will be Sergio Garcia taking home the trophy edging out Padraig Harrington. Go call your bookie!

For those of you not interested in the mid-summer classic:

On the History channel, you can learn about the Secrets of the Bermuda Triangle…
Or on TBS you can catch 4 episodes of Family Guy…
Or on the Travel Channel you can wacth Andrew Zimmern eat a bunch of Bizarre Food…
Or on Boomerang you can watch Sonny and Cher solve mysteries with Scooby and the gang.
