I’ll take Evans AND Flynn over Rubio. No doubt about it.

And totally agree with Thabeet should be taken outside the lottery. Defense can be drafted in many places and that’s all he brings.

Evans and Holliday are only guys I see with Stud potential in this draft. Physical stature and more than one dimension.

Griffin needs to learn something other than the dunk and block into the stands.

considering shawn bradley was chuck nevitt 2.0, not sure that is possible. I think Thabeet goes on to a decent career. nothing spectacular.

That scenario would be the Grizz trading up to #2 to take Rubio with the #6, the #18, and Craig Smith. OKC isn’t dumb enough to take Thabeet causing him to fall to #4. The Kings wouldn’t take him either because they have Spencer Hawes who is promising. The thing to dodge would be the Kings trading the pick to anybody else (a lot of stupid teams). If the Kings don’t take the trade, they’ll take Evans and the Wolves could get Thabeet at #5.

None of this is likely, but it is possible.

Any chance the wolves are able to come out with Thabeet and Rubio? They have lots of picks to package together. Those are the two biggest holes the wolves have…other than coach, assistant coaches, SG, SF….
