I am taking my vacation this year to Australia in the last half of September. I’m really getting into the planning stage about now and am super excited about this trip. Now, Australia is freaking huge so I can’t see it all, I’ll be spending the whole time in the Southeastern part around Melbourne and Sydney. I absolutely love hiking and I’ve picked out several parks I want to visit. I also may take a ferry over to Tasmania and spend a day checking out the island. If any of you have been to Australia or live there and there is absolutely something I need to see or do let me know in the comments. I was also thinking about taking in a sporting event down there. Maybe a rugby game, seems like they would be fun to watch live. Taking in an obscure sport down there would be fun and then I could write up a review with a few pictures.

College World Series final tonight: LSU Tigeauxers vs Texas Longhorns. LSU was down 6-4 going into the 9th last night and got a 2 run double to tie it up and then proceeded to win in the 11th. I think LSU takes this game and wins the CWS.

Yeah i noticed that. I’m not ready for it though as I won’t have the time off available or the money for the rest of the trip considering that i want to go home for christmas and I have a wedding to go to in october.
Sydney is like my dream vacation. though I want to take a month trip where i’d spend a week in New Zealand, a week in the Sydney area, a week in the reef area, and possibly a week on easter island on the way home.
