The Morning After: May 24, 2009

By patphish

tma-weekendGood Morning. Happy three day weekend hump day. I got just over 5 inches of rain at my house yesterday, after getting 3 of Friday, 2 on Thursday, 3.5 on Wednesday and over an inch on Tuesday. Did I mention we are in drought here? I’m having a little get together at my house later today, gonna grill some carcass and chill on the patio. If (when) it rains, I’ll still be grilling and I will sit in the rain and eat. I’m originally from New England and it seemed to always rain on Memorial Day weekend, but my old man and his buddies would grill, watch Indy and welcome summer outside, no matter how bad the weather. So read this, leave a comment and go shoot something, cook it and enjoy the day.

At least one team in New York can beat the Sawks.

This is how you interview and don’t take a job. You listening Saban?

Lakers won, meh, this lady is gonna kill when her book deal
hits.

No one is going to stop Sid and Geno.

What the hell is about athletes and there F’IN dangerous dogs? Seriously, I don’t want hear what a sweet animal he is, never hurt anyone. If you need to keep your dog separated from your kids with a gate, it’s time to get a new dog. Don’t want to meet the president? I’m cool with that. Your dog attacked your 2 year old? You are a douche bag.

It’s banned. You took it. Shut up.

For the MMA dudes.

Cycledan, we know your plate is full, today is the one time I’ll root for your boys.

Just because: Craigslist rules! Coconut sorbet is creepy.

Rain or shine, have a great day.
