We haven’t covered much of the Greg Paulus to play QB at Michigan rumors, but this has got to happen. Not only does he need to make the team, but Dick-Rod has to make him the starter. Nothing would be more fun to watch then seeing the Wolverines implode on a stupid gimmick move.
The part that blows my mind about this more so than the Michigan rumors, are the ones involving Green Bay. What is wrong with Aaron Rodgers? Didn’t they just spend a draft pick last year on Brian Brohm as well? Isn’t Brett Favre going to comeback?
I really don’t see this happening for the former New York State Football Player of the Year, but if there is some small chance, it would be great to see it go down.

Greg Paulus was a local Syracuse player and Syracuse recruited him heavily to play football and even threw him the two sport bone that he could play hoops as well. He spurned central NY and went to Duke. Given the fact that Syracuse has a new football coach this year and no great starting QB, there are fans there who want to see the local kid come home.
After getting benched his senior year and with zero pro prospects, I wonder if he wishes he would have played football instead of basketball. He really was more of a top football prospect than basketball prospect coming out of high school.
