actually i am staying at the torrey pines hilton on a gift certificate that i bid on at a tournament in gerogia…two night stay for a $100 silent auction bid…the hotel is routinely between $300-$400 a night

we always have people trying to sell us a newspaper door to door…i tell them to hang on a sec…go grab the trashcan – bring it to the door and pull a $20 out and throw it in the can…
thats what i do when i get a subscription to a paper…i never read it – it goes straight in the can…throwing away the $20 saves paper

Hawk, we still get and read the newspaper too…my husband would die without one. In fact, our carrier was a real d#$* so we stopped it for 2 months and couldn’t handle it. Hubb more than me.

Hawkeye – do/have you done the “natural” diet with your dogs? I just switched over to raw chicken/turkey with mine on the advice of one of my friends who trains dogs for a living. He’s loving it so far. It’s supposed to be good for the teeth, coat, nutrition, etc.

It includes the bones. Apparently the raw bones pose no threat to the animal because they won’t splinter and they are rich in calcium. Also, the raw meat doesn’t cause problems because their digestive systems work faster than ours so bacteria doesn’t have a chance to build.
