It seems as though everyone is really humping it at their “real jobs” this week. I got caught in meetings yesterday….miz will get caught in meetings tomorrow…Hell – as I type this I am also working on a proposal that was due yesterday. To make matters worse my son got lice at school and Mrs. Mikey is super OCD when it comes to these things….so the washer and dryer ran uninterrupted 16 hours a day now for the last 5 days…I cant take the huffing and puffing anymore – so I did what normal people do - I took all of our laundry to the Laundromat and spent $67 in quarters do all blankets, all pillows, slip covers for four couches, and also all of our normal clothes….I am fucking beat…Here is what I will be reading later to catch up on things here at Sparty and Friends….
Trey started us off with a bang with a hearty helping of links in The Morning After. Sparty followed that up with an in depth look at his favorite dysfunctional team – the Detroit Pistons. It almost inspired me to write about whats wrong with my favorite team…but there isnt much to bitch about as a Laker fan.
There was a long delay and then we got back to back posts…a Warner / Fitzgerald Moment followed immediately by Sparty bashing the hiring of Greg Robinson at Michigan…
GuyInTheCorner…being a DC man himself (I think) decided to pen a post longer than the Inauguration Speech read by President Obama yesterday…I cant comment on the content – only the length….like I said – I havent read shit here today…But GITC makes some quality points about changing sports in these here United States.

Mason lost to Northeastern. The bigger story was our senior G John Vaughan got elbowed and then collapsed. He was down for about 15 minutes before they took him out on a stretcher. Was at a bar watching it but there was no sound so I have no idea if he is ok.
